Happy 4th of July!

My parents made it safely into Harlem yesterday and so far they’re comfortable with the neighborhood. I made lasagna from scratch for dinner and it came out better than ever.

We’re going to hit the town today possibly going to the Museum of Natural History and then maybe heading out to Astoria for the Beer Garden. We may try to see the fireworks, but we aren’t much for fighting crowds.
