Anonymous asked: Will Ryan Mallett make a viable NFL QB? He has one more year to hone his skills in the SEC, however it's not like Arkansas has had much luck with stud prospects lately...*coughMcFaddencough*
First let’s address McFadden. I’m sorry that you had a not so stellar Fantasy year with him on your team. You seem a little bitter. I’d like to see him somewhere else other than Oakland obviously and with a healthier big toe.
Also, let’s not glance over Felix Jones and as much as I hate the Cowboys, he’s having a good time there. And if Matt Jones wasn’t so busy snorting powder up his nose he could have found some time to catch a pass or two in Jacksonville.
As for Ryan Mallett, I worry about his consistency. Toward the end of this past season he wasn’t looking great and wasn’t playing with the same amount of confidence that he had started out with. CAN he make a viable NFL QB? Yes. If he’s in the right place and learning from a great starter. He has the advantage of being 9 feet tall and he can throw the hell out of a ball with the right protection.
Prediction: Ryan Mallett will start an NFL game as QB before Tim Tebow does.
Aside: I tend to post most of my sports stuff over here if you’re curious.
