I’ve been a juror in a criminal trial at the New York Supreme Court for the last nine days or so. It’s finally over. I don’t really want to talk about the case, although it did get quite theatrical at a few times, but I wanted to point out that I really learned quite a bit throughout the whole process. Also, laughing out loud numerous times while in the jury box probably isn’t deemed as ‘professional’ behavior. I had to cover up my face on multiple occassions.
