I’ve added my annotations to illustrate the wonderful health value of what a lot of people eat for breakfast on a regular basis. Enjoy!
It’s missing gravy, which you could add as starch, fat, fat and some fat. Only with that addition could I say that’s what I used to eat on maybe a weekly basis. Minus home fries and with the addition of orange juice to round out the health value.
And now… I’m hungry and am going to my corner diner to have basically the same thing.
