My alarm will go off at 5:45 a.m. tomorrow morning so I can make it to the first long run with my training group. This is my night. Lame? Maybe a little. Relaxing? No doubt.Hah. My pre-long run evening includes drinking water, True Blood and drinking more water.
1. 5 Weeks To Your First 5-K? My preparation? Shake Shack and Papa John’s Pizza a few days before. Oh, and I ran a little bit in college once.
2. I miss having a full bath. Really, really miss it.
